Born from a love of bees and the land they tend
La Gota De Miel — "The Drop of Honey" — was founded on a simple conviction: that honey should be pure, honest, and rooted in community. We started as a small passion project, working with local Colorado apiaries to bring you honey that hasn't been stripped of its character through over-processing.
Every jar we sell tells the story of Denver's unique flora — the wildflowers of the plains, the Linden blossoms of the foothills, the clover and sage that define this landscape. We partner with beekeepers who share our commitment to sustainable, pesticide-free practices.
